   Dr Franck Tertus is a nut job and needs serious psychological rehabilitation. If you’re going to be supreme ruler / president etc etc doctor, you should at the very least be able to sting a sentence together using proper grammar and punctuation. it appears your delusions of grandeur forgot to teach that to you.
